No coach-client relationship through the website

Viewing the website, submitting a form, downloading a resource, or sending an email does not create a coach-client relationship or a duty to provide services. A coaching relationship begins only after Root n Rise accepts the engagement and the parties complete the required written coaching agreement and onboarding process.

Private and independent practice

Root n Rise Wellness Coaching is an independently operated private coaching practice. It is not a service, program, representative, or affiliate of any government agency, UC Irvine, the UCI Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute, the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching, or any current or former employer or educational institution. References to education or experience are provided solely as biographical information and do not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive content, scrape or exploit the site, or reproduce protected materials except for personal, noncommercial use as expressly permitted.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics, tools, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Root n Rise and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access the site for lawful personal use.

No guarantees

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including client participation and circumstances. Root n Rise does not guarantee health, wellness, relationship, career, financial, or other outcomes. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not promises of results.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services. Root n Rise does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, terms, security, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Root n Rise does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Root n Rise and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the website.
