This notice supplements the Root n Rise Privacy Policy for California residents. California privacy rights vary by statute, context, and whether a business meets the law's applicability thresholds. This notice does not state that every California privacy statute applies to Root n Rise.
Categories of information
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect identifiers and contact information; internet or device activity needed to operate and secure the website; communications and inquiry content; scheduling information; commercial information related to requested or purchased services; and sensitive information that a client voluntarily provides during an established coaching relationship.

A resident may also ask questions about the use of sensitive personal information.
